Имея велосипед, им необходимо пользоваться. Давно уже напрашивалась дальняя поездка, и вот она состоялась.

Ровно в 9:00 команда стартанула.

Коллектив большой, это оказалось имеет и плюсы и минусы. Плюс тот, что на дорогах водители авто к нам относились уважительно. Трудно не уважать колонну расстянувшуюся на полкилометра. Минусы - разношерстная группа с разным уровнем подготовки, потребности в долгих перекусах и поджиданиях отставших.

Конечно, устали здорово. Но впечатления того стоят! При случае поедем еще и еще раз!

При прекращении членства в ЖК Бест Вей паевые взносы кооператив возвращает в полном объеме, при отсутствии задолженности. Также пайщик вносит ежемесячный членский взнос и компенсирует дополнительные расходы кооператива на приобретение жилья, эти денежные средства возврату не подлежат. После сделки [купли-продажи] объект недвижимости становится собственностью кооператива, пайщик и члены его семьи имеют право зарегистрироваться в приобретенной квартире. При полном погашения пая право собственности переходит к пайщику согласно гражданского законодательства и уставным документам ЖК Бест Вей. Для продвижения жилищного кооператива Роман Василенко первый объединил сетевой маркетинг и жилищную кооперацию. По желанию пайщик становится консультантом компании Life is Good Ltd., предлагает кооператив своим знакомым для покупки жилья и получает гонорар.
