В кооперативе, как он утверждает, можно было купить место в очереди. По его словам, "Гермес" и кооператив — по сути, одна организация. Требует взыскать с кооператива более 148 тыс. рублей — вступительный и членские взносы, и более 60 тыс. рублей с "Гермеса" — комиссию при выводе средств.
